From a very early age, I discovered the inconvenience of my own emotions. I noticed how my expression of them, created discomfort in others and rejection for myself. So it wasn’t too long into my life, that I cleverly devised a way to negate my emotions all together…

… I learnt how to disown them.

If I pretended that they weren’t there. That I didn’t feel that way, then peace was kept and I remained safe in love.

Yet the emotions. The energy in motion… had to go somewhere.

It didn’t take long before me and my life exploded like a volcano.

Twenty years in fact. A quarter of my life, bursting at the seems with a numb surmounting energy inside.. with no where to go. I was surrounded by people, yet I was deeply alone inside. It’s no surprise that I began making misaligned choices in my life, I didn’t know what I wanted or even who I really was… 

… until the power was taken from my hands and the eruption occurred. The inner force was too strong, bringing down my outer life with it too - fiancé, job, home… 

Yet What appeared to be a life crises at the age of 28, turned out to be a life awakening.

I had opened the gateway to my emotional body, and I was teaching myself how to feel again.

intuitively I knew that in order to become my most magical self, and have a chance at living my most magical life… I had to…Feel.

This was a time of pure magic. Feeling became my occupation. Each time I located the feeling, my inner pain dissolved to be replaced by a feeling of liquid gold.

Week by week, I became lighter, brighter and more fuller in myself. I was becoming who I was always meant to be, and it felt wonderful.

Not only that, through this innate process of feeling, my outer life begun to magically transform. I begun to organically thrive, discovering my true life purpose, friendships, wealth, community and loves. It all happened effortlessly, with ease and natural alignment to the blueprint and timeline of my own life.

I am now on a mission to bring humanity along with me, teaching this simple yet powerful practice of feeling to elevate our world onto a higher frequency of being.
